Charnpreet Saini is a dedicated Criminal Defence Lawyer serving clients throughout Ontario. Her practice is primarily focused on criminal defence, with a particular interest in assault charges, drug offences, and other criminal matters.
Charnpreet provides strategic, personalized, and effective legal representation to individuals facing criminal charges. Charnpreet represents clients facing a wide range of criminal charges in Ontario, including assault offences, drug-related offences, and other criminal matters. She is committed to providing clear legal advice, strong advocacy, and thoughtful representation throughout every stage of the criminal justice process.
As a member of Women in Canadian Criminal Defence (WICCD), Charnpreet is actively connected to a community of women lawyers dedicated to advancing the practice of criminal defence in Canada. She is also on the Legal Aid Ontario roster, allowing her to represent eligible clients who require legal assistance in their criminal matters.
While criminal defence is the primary focus of her practice, Charnpreet also practices real estate law, drawing on her experience working at a high-volume real estate law firm before co-founding Provident Law LLP.

Armandeep Gill is a dedicated Criminal Defence and Family Lawyer serving clients throughout Ontario. His practice is primarily focused on criminal defence, with a particular focus on drug-related offences, firearms and weapons charges, and other serious criminal matters. He also maintains a family law practice, representing clients through a range of family-related legal issues.
In his criminal defence practice, Armandeep represents individuals facing a variety of criminal charges, including drug offences, firearms charges, weapons offences, and other serious criminal matters. He understands the significant consequences that a criminal charge can have on an individual’s freedom, reputation, family, and future, and approaches each case with careful attention to detail and determined advocacy.
Armandeep is a member of the Peel Law Association and is on the Legal Aid Ontario roster, reflecting his commitment to making quality legal representation accessible to those who need it.
In addition to criminal defence, Armandeep practices family law, assisting clients with sensitive and often complex family-related legal matters. His experience across both criminal and family law allows him to take a practical and thoughtful approach to cases where legal issues can have a significant impact on a client’s family and future.
Before co-founding Provident Law LLP, Armandeep developed his advocacy skills at a boutique law office, where he focused on family law and criminal defence matters.
Outside of the office, Armandeep enjoys playing and watching basketball and is a passionate Toronto Raptors fan. He also enjoys running, working out, and travelling.
