**Our flat-rate legal fee is applicable only to transactions under $1,000,000.00 and aligns with the provisions set forth in LSO Rule 4.2-2.1 and encompassing essential disbursements including HST, land transfer tax, registration, Law Society Levy, Teranet fees, government fees, costs of obtaining a status certificate, creditor’s letters, bridge loan fees, and/or additional payouts.
